The short version
PixTuck processes images locally inside Chrome. ClickMinus does not receive, store, sell or use the contents of the images you select. PixTuck does not require an account and does not include advertising or behavioral image tracking.
Information PixTuck handles locally
- The specific web image or image URL on which you invoke a PixTuck command.
- Local image files you explicitly add to the open workspace.
- Output preferences such as format, dimensions, quality, filename and background.
- Per-image settings such as crop, rotation, flip, brightness, contrast and saturation.
- A project folder you explicitly select for an export during the current session.
- Local preferences and entitlement status stored by Chrome on your device.
Processed files, project ZIP files and clipboard output are created only when you request them. PixTuck does not upload these files to ClickMinus.
Highest-resolution source
When a Pro user enables this feature and invokes PixTuck on a web image, PixTuck may inspect sources associated with that selected image: its current source, responsive sources, common full-size or zoom attributes and a directly linked image. Candidate dimensions are compared locally. PixTuck does not scan the rest of the page to build a browsing profile.
Browser permissions
PixTuck uses Chrome permissions only to provide the actions you request:
- Context menus to show PixTuck when you right-click an image.
- Downloads to save the output you create.
- Storage to remember local preferences and entitlement state.
- Clipboard write to copy the image you explicitly select.
- Active tab and scripting to inspect the selected image after you invoke a PixTuck command.
- Host access to read the remote image you explicitly choose to process.
Information ClickMinus does not collect from PixTuck
- Browsing history or a catalog of pages you visit.
- Image contents, processed files or project ZIP files.
- Account passwords, form data or personal communications.
- Advertising identifiers or behavioral analytics in the current build.
This website
ClickMinus has not added advertising trackers, marketing cookies or behavioral analytics to this website. The hosting infrastructure may process standard request information required to deliver and protect the site, such as IP address, browser type, requested page and timestamps.
Licensing and payments
Paid sales and production license validation are not yet active. Before checkout is enabled, this policy will be updated to identify the payment and licensing provider, the exact data sent for validation and the applicable retention terms.
