Scope
These terms govern access to ClickMinus websites and software, including PixTuck. By installing or using a publicly released ClickMinus product, you agree to the terms published at the time of that release.
License
ClickMinus software is licensed, not sold. Subject to the applicable product tier and these terms, you receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the software for lawful personal or business purposes.
Acceptable use
You may not:
- Use the software to violate copyright, privacy or other applicable rights.
- Resell, sublicense or redistribute paid access except where ClickMinus gives written permission.
- Circumvent license controls or use a license key obtained without authorization.
- Interfere with the operation, security or availability of ClickMinus services.
Your files and responsibility
You retain ownership of your images and outputs. You are responsible for having the necessary permission to download, copy, modify or distribute images processed with PixTuck, and for reviewing the results before using them.
Free and paid functionality
Available features may differ by product tier. The checkout page and product description shown at purchase will identify the paid features, price and license duration. ClickMinus will not add watermarks to outputs created with the stated watermark-free product tiers.
Updates and availability
Browser updates, website changes and third-party technical restrictions may affect compatibility. ClickMinus may update the software to improve security, compatibility or functionality and may retire a version that can no longer be maintained safely.
Disclaimers and limitation
To the extent permitted by applicable law, the software is provided without a guarantee that every remote image, website or browser configuration will be compatible. ClickMinus is not responsible for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the software. Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot legally be excluded.
